Admission Requirement

No Direct Admission. This is an advanced, progression-based program designed for participants who have completed the preceding three stages of the Real Estate learning pathway. Students must successfully complete all three stages before becoming eligible to enrol in this Advanced Diploma.

Introduction

The Advanced Diploma represents the culmination of a structured learning pathway covering the complete legal lifecycle of real estate transactions and disputes. Participants are expected to build upon their knowledge of real estate compliance and documentation, strategic property structuring and drafting, and real estate litigation and tribunal practice before undertaking this advanced stage. The program focuses on integrating transactional strategy, sophisticated legal drafting, regulatory analysis, dispute management, and litigation into complex real estate matters. Rather than treating property transactions and disputes as separate areas, the program develops the ability to evaluate how structuring and documentation decisions can affect compliance, commercial outcomes, and eventual litigation exposure. This advanced qualification is therefore designed to develop professionals capable of approaching complex real estate matters from a strategic, transactional, documentation, and dispute-resolution perspective.
