Employment & Labour Contracts 140 Hrs.

Introduction

Admission Requirement

No Direct Admission. This is an advanced progression-based qualification designed for participants who have successfully completed the preceding three stages of the Labour Law learning pathway. Students must complete all three stages before becoming eligible for admission to this Advanced Diploma.

Introduction

The Advanced Diploma represents the culmination of a structured labour-law learning pathway covering employment compliance, documentation, litigation, and industrial tribunal practice. Participants are expected to build upon their knowledge of labour compliance and employment documentation, employment-related legal frameworks, and labour litigation and industrial tribunal practice before undertaking this advanced stage. The program focuses on integrating sophisticated labour litigation, appellate strategy, employment structuring, corporate restructuring, industrial relations, and dispute management. Complex workforce matters often arise during mergers, acquisitions, business transfers, restructuring, outsourcing, and organisational changes, requiring legal professionals to evaluate employment consequences alongside broader corporate objectives. This advanced qualification therefore develops the ability to approach complex labour matters from a strategic, transactional, litigation, appellate, and corporate structuring perspective.
