Advanced Diploma in IP Drafting and Litigation, Appellate Practice and Global Structuring (No Direct Admission.)
Introduction
The Advanced Diploma represents the culmination of a structured IPR learning pathway covering registration, commercial documentation, litigation, and court practice. Participants are expected to build upon their knowledge of IPR registration and documentation, commercial IP contracts, and IPR litigation and commercial court practice before undertaking this advanced stage. The program focuses on integrating sophisticated IP drafting, litigation strategy, appellate practice, portfolio management, international transactions, and cross-border enforcement. Global IP matters require professionals to understand how ownership, licensing, corporate structures, jurisdiction, territorial protection, commercialization, and dispute-resolution mechanisms interact across multiple legal systems. This advanced qualification therefore develops the ability to approach complex intellectual property matters from a strategic, transactional, litigation, appellate, and international structuring perspective.
